| I'm so close to being mia again...I only ate liquid things in a binge (milkshake, juice) like I knew it was easier to get up. I can't stop from eating, it's terrible!
Yesterday I went to my bf's friends house where they had a bunch of people to go on a boat and everyone was in bikini's and I kept my shirt and shorts on.
My bf's best friend has a girlfriend who IS PERFECTION! She's 5' 3" 85-95 pounds, abs of steel, tiny, cute, tan, blonde...ok you get the point. MY boyfriends eyes were glued to her and he talked to her more than me. WHO could blame him. Now imagine me standing next to her, 5' 8" 147 pounds. I HAVE TO CHANGE! Ok well I feel a little better becuase she doesn't have boobs and I'm a D cup, HER boyfriend was looking at that. I'm so embarrased, and even though I work out, I have to take in way less cals to look the way I want to. Any ideas for subsitutes for food would be great, I need to be distracted from temptation!
